How does the booking process work?
Simple and digital:
1. You send us an inquiry through the contact form here on the website.
2. If your date is available, we will send you a personalized offer via email.
3. In a phone call or video call, we will discuss your questions and get to know each other.
4. If you decide to go ahead with us, we will send you an order of confirmation via email.
5. You return the completed order of confirmation back to us via email.
6. Once you have made the deposit (20% of the total price), we will reserve the date for you.
Over what period do you accompany us on our wedding day?
You can choose between two packages when booking: Basic and Mini. These can be extended or customized individually with add-ons.
The Basic package includes 9 hours + X. We practically accompany you the whole day, from getting ready to the party – we are all in! The Mini package includes 3 hours + X. This package is particularly suitable for smaller weddings during the week and in the off-season. Usually, one of us accompanies you. (The Mini package is only available on weekdays from May to the end of September.)
We are also happy to accompany you over several days – according to your wishes, with a get-together the night before or at the pool party the morning after the wedding. You can also book additional hours on demand directly on the wedding day.
Do we need to pose for pictures?
We create the right vibe and ensure that you have fun. A relaxed and natural atmosphere is the most important thing for us during the shoot. The most beautiful pictures often happen in moments when you don't even notice that you are in front of the camera. This way, we capture relaxed, genuine images that reflect your true selves. If you still feel a bit unsure, we are happy to give you tips.
Do you also photograph weddings abroad?
Our home base is near Freiburg (Southern Germany). For your wedding, we travel throughout Germany or Europe. We plan sufficient time for travel and usually arrive at the location the day before the wedding. As for the travel costs, we agree on a flat rate in advance, so you can plan with certainty.
Why do you usually work as a team?
Working as a team allows us to capture different perspectives simultaneously. For instance, one of us can photograph the ceremony from the front while the other captures the moments from the background. During the getting ready, we accompany each of you individually, with one photographer focusing on the bride and the other on the groom. This doesn't necessarily mean more pictures, but it does result in more diverse shots. It also helps us avoid creating hectic moments or missing out on important moments.
How and when will we receive our pictures?
The first pictures you will receive within 1 - 3 days. We will provide you with all the fully edited pictures within 4 - 8 weeks after your wedding in your personal online gallery. Both you and your guests can view the pictures there and, if you wish, download them directly.
Do you also offer Highlight Wedding Films?
Yes, we do! Our Highlight Wedding Film is created in parallel with our photographic work, aiming to provide you with an emotional, authentic, and timeless short film that brings you back to the atmosphere and dynamics of the day. You will receive the 3-5 minute film in your personal online gallery to download and share.
Do you also offer analog photography and Super 8 films?
Absolutely! We offer the authentic, analog film look that you might remember from the past, which cannot be replicated with modern image editing today. The analog photos and film will be provided digitally in your personal online gallery for download and sharing.
Can we also order photo books or prints?
You can order a hardcover book in Coffee Table Size (33×28 cm) with approximately 100 pages on high quality fine art paper (matte) at any time as an add-on – before or even after the wedding. You can choose prints at any time in your personal online gallery and order them through the integrated shop.
Do you use our pictures on your website?
We may use selected images for marketing purposes on our website or social media. However, if you are not comfortable with that, we will not publish your pictures. By granting us permission to use the images, you allow us to showcase our current work to potential clients, which would be very helpful to us.
What happens if you are sick on the wedding day?
The likelihood of both of us being sick or unavailable on your wedding day is low. However, if something unpredicted does happen, we have a network of friendly photographers who can possibly step in. We will always help you find a solution.
